So I made a new layout. I set my mind on actually succeeding making a simple layout this time and I think I did. At least a lot more simplistic than my usual blends full of spatter brushes. As usual when it comes to my own layouts I’m not sure what I think of it.
What do you think? Give me some constructive criticism.

Absolutely adorable! I like the simplicity. The only thing I might change is the font on the tabs at the top, because it seems a bit like a sticky label on it, but honestly that’s not even that bad! Nice job!

As for improvements, you could add a little more padding, a little more line-height and make the font-size a little bigger. Text needs space to breathe

Oh shit.. I wanted to comment on the post abput languages but I missed it.
Oh well the layout looks pretty! Black and white is always a winner.
I this if the navigation backgoung were black and the fonts were white it would look better.

I do miss Emili on top, but like Ang said, the simplicity is nice, and refreshing. Too many blogs look like my closet after months of neglect.
I would put a bit of left and right padding on the tabs maybe. Give the words a little breathing room.

I really like it. It’s simple, but still unique. I would increase the size of the font a bit, though.
I like this layout. Simple colour scheme but effective, with a gorgeous pattern. And I like the tabs.
The text box for the name, e-mail, & website are way too small but other than that the layout is totally amazing.
