I think my external hard drive has DIED! It’s not working and it’s a FUCKING TRAGEDY! Since my computer is unreliable and frequently crash I moved all my photos and movies to my external, not to loose them. And now THIS!
Anyone who have ANY ideas whatsoever on what might be wrong and how I can fix it? Please, please, please help me!
Seriously, OMFG it’s more than 350 fucking GIGABYTES we’re talking about!

I’m sorry to hear about that. try plugging it in to different ports, and if that doesnt work, try it on a different computer. that might be helpful, idk!

OH CRAP! And i was just talking about this yesterday with a friend! Try plugging it into a different computer. Does your HDD need a plug? Maybe the charger thing isn’t working. Oh dear good luck! Or you can go back to the shop and call them. They could help. Good luck!!

Oh shit…. my harddrive crashed last year and I lost EVERYTHING I had for more than 2 years. Probably what you should do is buy a new harddrive and back stuff up from your computer as soon as you can? Or take it to one of those drive-recovery places?
(Also, it’s awesome that you got a job at a music festival! I go to Bonnaroo, a music festival in Tennessee, every year–actually, this is the second year I’m going)
Take it to get fixed by people wo actually know what they’re doing.
I guess it is better to make cd’s with your pictures and such.. V_V
Throw it in the freezer for a few hours. Try it after that. If it works, get your stuff off it ASAP.
