There are people today who deny the Holocaust happened. Today when there’s still survivors alive who were there, saw what happened and survived it. It makes me fear for the future because when there’s no one left to tell the story, what will happen then? Could history be re-written or could something that never must be forgotten disappear in the fog of things that were but no longer is? I hope not. I really hope not. Remembrance is the key to not repeating the mistakes of the past.

Ah, I know what you mean. It’s scary to think about.. however I think there are enough people who don’t deny the Holocaust to keep history as it should be.

  2. tiff k tiff k says:

I do think that there’s also people who don’t forget it. And there are many materials and documentaries about it that will be able to keep the history alive. Much like what happened to Japan. I mean they can erase their own history in their country but the rest of the world will never forget what happened.

I’m sorry if I was able only to comment just now!! *hugz* Don’t fear of failure! Failure is just this word that means that you’re actually improving. As you said, it is by this that we learn :D

  3. Kristen Kristen says:

I don’t see how people can believe it never happened..and I hope history doesn’t repeat itself. If it does it will be because of ignorance..
