I completely agree with your way of thinking that's why I try not to stress about money so much. We just all try to do what we can to survive and just be blessed that we have those opportunities because there are many out there who don't even have those chances.

It sucks though that money has rule our lives a little that's life for you.

I know exactly what you mean. I always complain that I don't have money, but it's usually in response to going out to eat or buying new clothes. If I lived in a cheaper apartment, and got rid of my luxuries like the internet and phone I would have much more money. But I feel like my quality of life would be lower and I wouldn't be as happy.

You're very much so right. Sometimes we need to stop complaining and take a look at the bigger picture in our lives. We may not have everything we ever wanted, but we need to remember that someone out there is literally dying to get half of what we have.

I agree with you. I'm pretty poor here in America, but my life isn't that bad, For the most part I'm pretty optimistic about it. I feel so bad for people who are homeless, and always feel fortunate. I know we are, we are the luck ones.

It's true, we're so lucky. I complain about my lack of money, but at least I have a roof over my head and I eat every day and I'm still able to enjoy luxuries like a computer and video games. Sometimes it takes a major wake-up call like the disaster in Haiti to put things into perspective and make us realize how lucky we are, but really we should never forget that and be grateful for it every day. It's hard, though. Everyone takes things for granted sometimes.

That was both inspiring and a guilt trip.

Its easy to take these things for granted when we don't see what other people's lives are like. Thanks for the wake up call.

I know what you mean. We used to live in a third world country, and I remain forever grateful that we were able to come back home and live in basic comfort.

Having said that, there are many things that we all take for granted that we don't even think about. Myself included!

I feel the same except I live in a third world country and I think it's harder because they're just right outside the streets. Like I'm in my car and you see people begging all the time. I can't absolutely take in everyone but I always have this dream once I am successful, I'll be able to help them. It's like I wish I'll have someone station at every barangay *that's like a district here in the Philippines* and take in all the homeless children and frigging find their parents. I blame their parents really because they are just children, they need to be educated. ARGH
