This is my favourite photo of myself – ever. I look like a friggin model in this photo and that’s not a look I usually convey!
I miss the pink hair I had back in 2006 but I won’t dye it that colour again. Extreme colours needs so much pre-bleaching that it just ruins my hair.
Speaking of hair colours. After almost two years of dying my hair black I’m getting a bit sick of it. I think black suits me best and I love the colour but I like change. Since I’ve been growing my hair long for almost two years now and plan on growing it even longer I can’t change my hair style so what has to change is the colour. There’s a problem though. My hair is about as dark as it gets so dying it another colour really won’t do much good. My reddish blonde roots will change colour but that’s it. There’s of course bleach but there’s no way in hell I’m doing that to my hair again. That leaves the option to grow out my natural hair colour and then dye it but that would take like three years. Oh well I guess I’ll have to stick with black. Or perhaps I could just buy some clip-in hair extension of a interesting colour and wear once in a while. That way at least part of my hair could be pink again – without bleach.

I agree that you look like a model in that photo. I hope you figure out a way to change your hair so that you are happy with it again. I have personally never dyed my hair. I think I’m scared of ruining my hair because I love it so much (color wise anyway). As soon as I start going grey though I will start dying it. I would love to see if I could get it dyed red without it looking unnatural.

I used to dye my hair all the time (black, or dark red with hot pink tips) but my hair got so worn out from it that I stopped dyeing it all together 
Oh wow you looked awesome in pink man!!!! I love it. Well I have the same problem, I colored my hair black in September, so now every few months I try to lighten it by coloring it red or burgundy, works a little bu you can still see where the dark and the light hair split.
I love that photo of you. Your brows are fabulous!! I have a weird obsession with eyebrows because I feel like they really make or break the whole look. I used to dye my hair crazy colors all the time, but you’re right. It’s an insane amount of maintenance. I’m currently natural for the most part and it’s kind of strange, haha.
You look really good with pink hair. Too bad you won’t do it again, I think you’d look good with blue hair or black with bright red streaks, though I guess clips can do that too huh?

Honestly, I think you should bleach and dye your hair pink again, or some other crazily bright colour, even if it is intensely damaging to your hair … ‘Cause it just looks so goddamn awesome!
Or you could get a professional bright pink wig, bwahaha!
I’ve always wanted to to dye my hair into a outrageous color, but I know my mom would forbid me to. But I would like to dye it a little brown. You know those Asians with bown-ish highlights? I want that, but my mom wouldn’t let me. I’ve always wanted it for some time now and my boyfriend thinks it’ll look great on me too!
Your eye makup is really amazing in that pic. Did you do it yourself? I wish I knew what to do with all those makeup products. I’m not a girl when it comes to that.
Hair coloring… it seems like a nightmare. I have no clue how that all goes down, I’ve only used temporary dye once and that was too much to do again, lol. So good luck with that decision. I actually love using clip on extensions, it adds a little change, but you’re not stuck with it!

I think you looks like PINK here, the singer except that you have a long hair here.. I love it. Oh well, I agree too much coloring for hair can actually damage hair. My friend blond her hair, we Filipinos are naturally black hair.. oh and her hair looks damage now. But I love to try, to have a shade of a bit brown, but just a shade not totally covering my entire black hair. Maybe you can do that also, have a shade of red or brown.. when you come out of the sun, that is the only time it will be visible.. do you get what I mean? I’m not really good in describing, but yeah.. I think that will be totally cool.

The pink looks really good on you but I understand what you mean about all the pre-bleaching. I only did my bangs and I can already feel the affects on it.. feeling all dry and stringy.. not to mention the color doesn’t last long at all. In fact, it’s only been about 2 months (been faded for one) and it’s already almost pure white. I would say just hold off on the dying and wait until your hair grows out but.. I’m not sure..?

Nice hair color. It’s just last year when I started to dye my own hair. :3 So I still do not know terms like that (pre-bleaching). :[ You could try darker shade of color, or just put some highlights. Ugh, sorry if I sound so wrong… I am not really that good with hair treatments. T__T

That is such a beautiful photo, too. So pretty. 
Maybe just go for black with a pink streak? That might not be so bad. The extensions are a good idea, too, because then you can change it up anytime you want to.
Bleach is just… so harsh. I tried going from black to blonde slowly over the course of last year, but by the end of the process, the ends of my hair just snapped right off and I had to get my hair cut really short. Blonde just isn’t worth it.
So I’ve decided to stick with black. It’s an annoyance that every three weeks, there’s white-blonde roots poking out, but I 
my black.
I’m sure you’ll look amazing no matter what you decide to do with your hair.
I must say there aren’t a lot of people who can pull of a hair colour like that, but WOW, it looks fabulous on you! I agree about the bleaching though; you don’t want to wreck your hair like that too much, especially if you’re growing it long, you want it to be as healthy as possible. I’d say go for the clip-in extensions – that way you can have variety too.
While you wait for it to grow out you could use a semi permanent black on your roots. I’m going through the same dilemma with mine. I love black but it kinda sucks if you’re trying to transition. Hey at least you don’t have gray hairs popping up like I do!

I miss dying my hair as well. I stopped to grow mine out. When I was in higschool I used a color stripper. I has a little bleach but it doesn’t really damage you hair. It just takes all the unnatural colors out. After I did it my hair was brown, blond, and light red. Really easy to color over.

I’ve had a strange urge to dye my hair purple lately. Not a bright, extremely obvious purple but a dark purple. I don’t know if that will happen, though. I’ve only dyed my hair once in my life and it was way too much maintenance for me. I’m a low-maintenance person.

Jag är så sjukt avis på den där hårfärgen! >_< Jag har fantiserat om att färga mitt hår blått/turkost i flera år men aldrig riktigt vågat. Det känns som det är lite för mycket jobb för min smak.

But yeah, that color can be pretty hard to both have and maintain. Maybe you’d like to try the light ash blond shade? I just had my hair colored in that shade. My hair’s really dark, too (balck-brown). That shade made me happy. Haha. It’s just the right shade of light brown w/o being overwhelming.
Hey Hon! Thanks for the comment and the congratulations. I cannot wait to move. I’m so excited. You’re definitely right though. I think there’s ALWAYS something that people dislike about their place of residence. Unfortunately, I have a few, but those can be handled for now. Plus, we’re not planning on staying here forever. I mean, sure I think we might stay there for a year, but the chances are weird… You see, one we move, I can return to work. (I can’t return to work now because our rent is completely income based; if I were to go back to work, I’d hand my entire paycheck right over to rent. Not to mention I’d lose my food stamps that I receive, my insurance from the state, and I’d have to also pay for daycare. Isn’t it crazy that it doesn’t pay for me to work?)
Anyways, the thing about the apartments in Wisconsin, or I believe in America in general (most of them that you rent, not own like Condos) is that landlords are extremely strict about what you change and customize. We can decorate but that’s limited to very little. You can hang stuff on the walls but none of those sticky decals and stuff. You cannot paint or do anything to the walls other than hang pictures and such.
Someday we’ll have a house. I won’t have to worry about anything other than what color I’ll paint the kitchen and bathroom. ;] I can’t complain about the bathroom though – its outdated but honestly, it’s not like we’re buying the place; not to mention, its cheap.
I know you love photos as much as I do of stuff like this so I’ll definitely be taking LOADS of photos of EVERYTHING the day we get the keys before we move everything in. I think it would be awesome if we I were to win another big sweepstakes so I could buy a bunch of stuff to decorate right away. My list keeps growing and growing now that we found a new place. I bought a bunch new stuff recently (pics and updates were just blogged about) and a lot of stuff for the house. Now that I know we’re moving I wish I had another $1000 to go buy more stuff. LOL I’m so crazy when it comes to buying things for the house.
