I love langos. For years I only ate it during fairs and festivals but a couple of years ago I started making them myself at home. If you haven’t tried it you definitely should. It’s a Hungarian dish consisting of fried bread which you put different toppings on. I prefer sourcream, red onion, cheese and caviar. My boyfriend eats his langos with whipped cream and jam. Here’s the recipe I use (it’s in Swedish) but there are many variations. Just google it, there are plenty of sites with langos recipes in English.
The shape is a bit weird since the dough got stuck to the table. Langos are supposed to be round. Oh well, you shouldn’t judge things solely on their appearance you know. It did taste delicious.
