Because I stand for my opinions

If people are going to criticise my political opinions they should do so with their name, not anonymously. Someone (a man I’m guessing) commented one of my blog entries about men pro gender roles and called me a couple of nasty things. Anonymously, of course.

How cowardly is that?! If you truly believe in your political opinions you shouldn’t be afraid of signing them with your name. Simple as that! If you don’t sign with your name that tells me you’re either deep down ashamed of your opinions or insecure about the validity of them, afraid I’ll prove you wrong, leaving you looking like a moron.

I always participate in political debates online under my real name with a link to my blog. Why wouldn’t I? I do believe I’m right and I’m not ashamed of my opinions.

If people feel the need to criticise me, they should have the god damn guts to do so under their real names. After all I’m far from anonymous myself. I’m showing who I am and it’s only fair those who feel the need to bash me show who they are as well. Of course they don’t dare since they deep down probably even realize I’m right and they’re wrong.

  1. That’s the thing with people and the internet. They like putting masks on and feel brave saying irritating things to others. :/

P.S. I really appreciate what you said about the whole religion issue that I wrote by the way. Sometimes I feel I’m overthinking but it’s been bugging me for years so it’s great to let it all out.
