Medieval gown

Info: Dark blue medieval dress with long flowing sleeves, faux under dress, lacing in the back and decorative bands. The lining of the insides of the sleeves is purple and the faux under dress is light blue.
The faux under dress consists of tight sleeves sewn on in elbow height on the inside of the wide sleeves and a part of fabric sewn on in the back which is showing between the lacing. This gives the impression that I’m wearing one under dress and one overdress. This is mainly because of practical reasons since wearing one velvet dress and one linen dress under that one, like they did in the medieval times, would be very, very hot.
Material: Blue velvet, purple linen, light blue linen, bands in blue and silver on the arms and band in blue and gold under the bust and leather strings and eyelets for the lacing. I’m planning on removing all the bands to replace them with others which I think would look better.
